General, physical and chemical specifications and dimensions of polycarbonate components
General specifications:
Ø Outer surface will be matte, clear, and smooth.
Ø Plastic material will be manufactured as burn resistant.
Ø Sides of shock-absorbent will be framed with flame-resistant textile piping.
Ø It will be ergonomically embossed against beats that may come from outside.
Ø It will be manufactured as sides beveled, smooth structure and manufactured with injection cast system.
Ø It will be black colored. Paint will be added to the raw material. The surface will not be painted afterward. There will not be any tone difference.
Ø There will not be any holes, cracks openness due to design apart from hanger place and holes that clinch are inserted to.
Physical and Chemical Features of Plastic Material
Ø Material Type: It will be made of PE+ABS+PA material. Material specifications are mentioned in Table-1.
Ø Chest protector will have a horizontal (horizontal and vertical) embossed rib structure for higher resistance.
Ø There will be totally 4 (four) holders in the front and at the back in order to fix front and back chest protector shoulder areas. It will be 2 (two) each at each piece. Holder width will be min. 60 (sixty) mm.
Ø Tibia protector will have 6 (six) embossed ribs.
